The main menu includes delicious dishes like 18 oz. bone in rib-eye, moulard duck breast, blue cheese crusted filet mignon, and niman ranch double pork chop.
The side dishes include parmesan fries, spring vegetable medley, roasted root vegetable medley, sautéed wild mushrooms and braised purple kale.
If you feel for something raw, the Hawaiian Hamachi duo with sashimi style lemon confit is recommended. Aureole’s other signature dishes include Wood-grilled Filet Mignon, chilled lobster salad and Sea scallop sandwiches in a potato crust.
The AAA Four Diamond Award restaurant also offers several tasting menus that changes almost weekly, including a Parallels menu, Vincent’s Seasonal Tasting menu and a three-course Michael Jackson ONE theater menu.
